Analyzing the case by answering the following questions:
1. What ethical and civic awareness issues do you see raised by this case?
2. How has J&J been deficient in responding to these issues? What factors may have influenced these deficient responses?
3. What have been some negative consequences (or could be future consequences) to the company and its stakeholders due to the actions you outlined in #1 and #2?
4. Which courses of action would you recommend that J&J pursue in the future? How might these have more favorable consequences for the company and its stakeholders?
Case analyses should be written in standard essay format: Times New Roman, 12pt font, double-spaced, 1-inch margins, and should not exceed three pages of material.
