Kindly find attached tow pdfs files. (they are two company’s information Southeastern company & RCI company) Reed them carefully and do the follows;
- First make a decision tree with calculating probability and prices. on excel for each company separately (Southeastern and RCI) Excel sheet and tree needs to be sent to me.
- Make a sensitivity analysis sheet on excel after you do the decision tree for both.
- What is the best agreement for both (BATNA)? (win-win agreement) any why? Write the info in details.
- Make contract agreement form (one page) about the best deal for both. As points e.g
- Find attached slides to help you when you do your tree and calculation.
