Utilizing the OPM as a guideline, you will conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of your current organization using multiply sources of research. Personal interviews, industry analysis etc. You will determine through the utilization of Organization Behavior principles, if you are writing a transactional/transitional or transformational’ research paper. True organization performance is driven by the system and the system must be in alignment for ultimate challenges of the 21st century.I expect adherence to APA principles in all your work and it has to be 6-8 pages.Please include all your refrences.

Enviroment includes stakeholder,competitiors,clients etc
Resources includes people, technology, facilities
History includes key events past history and assumptions made….
then discuss over the strategy and how it is used in different strutures ……final part is the output which inculdes conclusion .
