From a technical point of view, this paper is very well written. You write in clear, declarative statements. Even though the topic is something I know very little about, I was able to follow relatively easily.
2. You state at the end that the paper is an opinion piece, but there is very little opinion in the writing. At times, it reads more like a summary of the article. Either an opinion piece or an article summary would be a fine piece of writing, but you as the writer need to make it clearer which it actually is.
3. I think you will be better served by elaborating on your opinion a little bit more and developing the paper by adding another source. My memory of the GEA assignment from Testing Services is that they ask for papers to be 3-5 pages long, and that would not include the references page.
