This assignment consists of analyzing an organization going through change for which an OD perspective is helpful. For this exercise, you are the consultant and will be expected to utilize insights from data you collected, as well as knowledge from the course readings, to critically examine the organization and issues in question. The organization here is our university (GMU), my group conducted 3 interviews with Mason alumni about their experiences at Mason. I have three interview transcripts attached. we are supposed to analyze Initial data analysis (Interviews), results, conclusion and recommendations to the instructor. my group members analyzed two of the interviews and came with some recommendations but there is still once left. I need help organizing this paper and coming up with new recommendations. Please see the rubric attached
