I started to read your paper. The issues you include are fine. The problem is the writing. The organization is quite poor. You should have an introduction and a conclusion for the document. Tell the reader what you plan to do in the essay. In your case, a paragraph that states that you will discuss the benefits to society of the income tax. Importantly, the benefits you consider are not simply the tax revenue collected.
You also need to organize each individual section to convey your information and interpretation as clearly as possible. For example, in the section called Contributes towards a civilized society, you start with taxation as a key to a free society, mention next income redistribution which was not mentioned before, follow with a sentence about taxation as theft and tax evasion, then a sentence on the VAT, and finally a sentence that is connected directly to the opening sentence because both refer to infrastructure. The following sentence is a concluding statement of an argument about the necessity of income taxes for the provision of large insurance programs and infrastructure. You have not provided an argument for supporting this conclusion. Moreover, such a conclusion is not warranted as many countries provide lots of public services with little reliance on an income tax.
Similar descriptions apply to the other sections as well. I recommend that you go to the writing center and ask specifically about help organizing the essay and each section within the essay.
