I’ve 3 essays for my fitness class (( spining class )) so i need help for it please read the instruction that i just copyed from my teacher email.

Assignment #1-I want you to tell me the importance of blood pressure and resting heart rate on someone’s health. What do these things tell us in regards to someone’s health and fitness and what is  an acceptable range  for somebody your age?       (((by the way I’m 27 years old )))

 

Assignment #2- Please tell me the importance of stretching, especially after a spin workout. Also, tell me about the importance of your hip flexors to spinning and why you must not neglect stretching them when you stretch out your body.

 

Assignment #3- Make sure you do the final assignment, but Instead of answering the part about the fitness test, I want you to tell me how a person can lose fat and gain lean muscle mass. Explain how spinning can play a role in helping someone lose/gain body fat and lean muscle mass. (This assignment should be between 2-3 pages)
