This is a continued project from last time.
The most challenging component of this course involves creating a business plan for opening a new business.
You will need to continue working on this project in order to produce a quality product that can earn a good grade. For this module, you must describe how you will motivate your employees.
You must explicitly describe how each of the following motivation approaches specifically apply to your business: Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, McClelland’s Needs Theory, Equity Theory, and Goal-Setting Theory.
You must also provide examples of how you would utilize negative reinforcement and extinction, as described in the text (not what a layperson believes these mean). Note that this will require a lot of thought, and your response needs to be very detailed.
