Essay: Where will you be in 5 years? Who will you be in 5 years? Pick either a “Where will you be?” or a “Who will you be?” success goal, to be achieved by 1 year from now.
Respond to the following prompts, related to your goal:
- What do you want to change (i.e. state your success goal)?
- What are the most important causes of your success goal (justify the causes you have chosen)?
- Draw a Causal Model for your success goal
- Include in your model, the interventions you believe are needed so that your success goal will most likely occur (justify the interventions you have chosen)
- Draw a Systems Model for your success goal
- Discuss the content of both your Causal Model and your Systems models, using concepts you have learned in this course
- Conduct a SWOT Analysis of your system for reaching your success goal in 1 year
- Predict the results you believe you will observe, regarding your success goal, if you intervene on the causes as you have represented in your causal model
- Describe how you will gather information on these results so that you can best learn to improve your system
