Read NASW Code of Ethics Sections 1,2,5,& 6 and the Delaware Lawyer’s Rules of Professional Conduct., 1.2, 1.6,.1.7,.1.10 & 1.13 (both of these can be found in this week’s Readings and Resources page). In 3-4 pages, compare any two sections of the NASW Code with any two of the Delaware Lawyer’s Code of conduct; identify any potential conflicts between the two as it relates to dual representation of low income or disenfranchised clients.
The essay should be double-spaced, 12 pt Times New Roman Font, and APA format with regard to in-text citations and Works Cited page. The assignment will be submitted using the Turnitin originality check.
