There are some major problems here, so let’s go over what has to be done for assignment 2.3.
First we need to see the data for 20 years for the three provinces in your proposal. This must be stated at the beginning of the assignment, and you must include the source, so I can verify your data. Without the data, it is not possible to do the rest of the work as your work cannot be verified.
Then when you have clearly stated the data (20 years for each of the 3 provinces) and their sources, you must make a regression graph for each of the provinces, and provide the regression equation. Use a program that you have shown mastery of in the course, or provide information about the app you are using so it can be verified. The graphs and equations therefore will be based only on the data you have provided at the beginning, and will only be regression graphs.
Then use the equations and graphs to make predictions for the years you listed in your proposal. Be sure to show your work.
When these things have been done, you can proceed to give information about the results.
