Assignment Instructions:
Begin researching the Giza Pyramids to gather as much information as you can about the site. Use professional Cultural Resource Management (https://deldot.gov/environmental/archaeology/sr1_s…) report as a model/template for formatting your paper. At minimum, your report should include the following sections:
Introduction, Geographical Setting, Prehistoric Background (if applicable), Historic Background (if applicable), Archaeological Investigations, Evaluation of Significance, and References.
You may wish to use these as subheadings to organize your paper. Paper Formatting: 3-5 pages double-spaced (please number each page); Times New Roman font; font size 12; standard margins. A cover page is not needed, but please include your first and last name on the top left corner of the first page. A Works Cited page and in-text citations are required (use a minimum of 5 resources). You are encouraged to us American Antiquity, a standard citation style for professional archaeology papers
