Program Evaluation Start
** Each week your assignment will comprise of a vital component of your Final Evaluation Report. As such, you are encouraged to ensure that you use the feedback you receive each week to make the necessary revisions for your final report. **
- Using the program you selected in your journal, complete the following (note that since this is an assignment APA and other formatting rules are required);
- Describe some of broad information you have learned about your selected program (funding, employee/volunteer numbers, target audience, etc.)
- Describe in detail the employee hierarchy within the organization
- Identify the key stakeholders and describe their roles in the organization.
- Describe the stakeholders in detail (organization name, key person for contact, address, etc.)
- List credible sources from where information will be obtained about the organization.
- Assess how this information will help you in your evaluation of the program you will choose for your Final Project.
- Finish by reviewing steps one – six of the CDC Framework and identify and describe potential barriers to completing an evaluation of this program.
The Program Evaluation Start assignment
- Must be at least three to five double-spaced pages in length (not including title and references pages) and formatted according to APA Style as outlined in the Writing Center’s APA Formatting for Microsoft Word resource.
- Must include a separate title page with the following:
- Title of paper in bold font
- Space should appear between the title and the rest of the information on the title page.
- Student’s name
- Name of institution (University of Arizona Global Campus)
- Course name and number
- Instructor’s name
- Due date
- Title of paper in bold font
- Must include an introduction and conclusion paragraph. Your introduction paragraph needs to end with a clear thesis statement that indicates the purpose of your paper.

- Must use at least five scholarly sources, two of which must be from the University of Arizona Global Campus Library.
- The Scholarly, Peer Reviewed, and Other Credible Sources table offers additional guidance on appropriate source types. If you have questions about whether a specific source is appropriate for this assignment, please contact your instructor. Your instructor has the final say about the appropriateness of a specific source for a particular assignment.
- Review the Integrating Researchinteractive for assistance of how to integrate your research rather than simply inserting it.
- Must document any information used from sources in APA Style as outlined in the Writing Center’s APA: Citing Within Your Paper guide.
- Must include a separate references page that is formatted according to APA Style as outlined in the Writing Center. See the APA: Formatting Your References List resource in the Writing Center for specifications.
