Once you have implemented or started to implement a programme of change in your own professional life (change proposed in assignment 1), we would like you to reflect on this process and think back on your approach.
Make sure to: (Assignment MUST cover the below)
Write a reflective essay of no more than 1,200 words in length assessing your approach to change:
1- Identifying where your strengths lie and areas where you can be more effective Comment on:
a- your strengths, and your weaknesses,
b- to try to identify what improvements you could have made to your approach.
2- Discuss how did the framework or model that you utilised to implement change (planned approach (Unfreeze, Change and Refreeze) helped you outlining its application and its limitations
3- Explore how you intend to take this new learning forward and use it in your future professional life.
