Take a look at any
public held corporation (go to their web site). Define what strategies they
use to drive their business today. What changes to this strategy might they
need to make to stay competitive in the future & grow the
business? How should they expand their business (what strategy should they
employ). How might competition influence the strategy selected?
Comment on the types of strategy the competition might take as a result of the
actions by this corporation.
