Each student will be required to prepare three Case Studies, no more than 5-6 pages in length, on cases from our reading, as assigned. These will be presented in a business case (narrative) format – Do NOT merely answer the questions, although you should use them to guide you in your analysis.
The case analysis should include a brief summary of the subject organization, and an analysis of the organization, as appropriate, identification of the issue(s) at hand, 2-3 suggested alternatives for addressing the issue, and your recommendation for the best alternative. You should back up your recommended action with evidence to support your choice, i.e., reduced reject rate, improved productivity, customer satisfaction, or other measure. Show your work. All submissions should be professional documents, submitted via email in Word or .PDF format, suitable to hand to the CEO of your organization. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
