The idea is to create a new affordable plan for students including some apps for free all in a specific platform like we have University portal
For instance, students plan with a 5G LTE network, including office 365 and some extra apps on a virtual platform
Imagine that you as a student get that plan and you can get a phone number, unlimited 5G data, and maybe we can call Telus prime, where the student can find tools and apps for free directly to use for students.
Canada in general and Vancouver has a lot of international students, imagine if one company offers something that the student needs in daily use, whit no doubt the majority of that students will take the deal.
1. High-Level Requirements
<This section documents the requirements that satisfy the needs, wishes and expectations of the Customer, Sponsor and other project participants. Requirements are the certain conditions or capabilities that must be met or possessed by a system, product, service, result or component to satisfy a contract, standards, specifications or other formally imposed documents.
Requirements include the quantified and documented needs, wants and expectations of the Sponsor, Customer and other stakeholders of the project. In the phase of the Project Charter development, the requirements are usually less concrete; they becomes more concrete during the subsequent processes according to the gradual elaboration of the project.

<This section provides a general description of the products or services that the project is supposed to produce; there is a brief description of the business need, a very general description of the product and an initial strategic plan.>
