- In light of RFUMS’s mission, vision, and values, give an evaluation of the efficacy of this plan. Is this plan true to the mission, vision, and values? Does this plan seem to be able to achieve its goals?
- Review the 2012-2015 Strategic Plan | Key Strategic Priority Outcomes. How is the document a foundation for the current Strategic Plan?
- Is there evidence that the current RFUMS plan uses Harrison’s principles for strategic planning? Provide examples.
- As a RFUMS student, do you think the plan is on track and do you see progress occurring that is resulting from this plan?
- Compare the overall RFUMS strategic plan to the Strategic Plan of the College of Health Professions. Is there coordination and alignment of the two plans?
