I have chosen to write about mentoring women to advance in their perspective fields. Companies that have women in leadership positions are out-performing their competition organizationally, and financially because of their placement and a voice for the future. For too long, women have been under-considered or overlooked when professional advancement opportunities arise and it is because of this that companies should take a deeper look at creating such types of mentoring programs for their businesses. Another note of importance is for professionally advanced women to mentor other women who are eager to develop and hone their skills while being mentored in the process.

When citing someone else works, you need to make sure that, for one, it’s citing correctly. Also putting everything mentioned on the reference page to ensure that you are not plagiarizing any work of someone else. Even when you cite in your reference page, making sure that you write it correctly is another thing because of the fact that you have to realize certain parts when you a quoting certain articles or internet searches in your reference page.
