This section should include:
• The synopsis of this report. Give a summary of the whole report Outlines -purpose, research method, findings, main conclusions and recommendations.
• The abstract should not be more than 250 words.
3. Introduction
This section should include:
• Outlines context, background and purpose for the research report.
• Define terms and sets limits of the research.
• The reader/audience should be able to identify what, how, why?
4. Methodology
This section should include:
• Description of components used in the research reported.
• Findings of the research – Facts only – no interpretation
• Uses graphic form (e.g., tables & graphs)
• Schematic of the component and/or diagrams.
• Any Experimental Methods
• Problems encountered using specific components in the research reported.
5. Discussion
This section should present:
• An interpretation and evaluation of the results. Analyses results – draws together different aspects of the findings, findings of other studies and refers to literature.
6. Conclusion
This section should include:
• Problems identified.
• Suggested solutions.
7. References
• This section must include reference which must include all resources through which this report was prepared.
