The paper should be a thorough exploration and comparison of TOEFL industries and employment relations in this field in the countries of China, Japan, and Denmark. The paper will show how different countries use different approaches in working with corporations/ businesses/ schools and employees/teachers in terms of various issues such as control, unions, enterprises, and laws, and anything relevant. The chapters from the text specifically address these countries and generalities of employment relations therein. The paper can introduce and talk about and compare and contrast employment relations within the three countries but this should mostly be done in the context of how it effects the personnel involved in the field of TOEFL. The industry surrounding the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language is not addressed in the chapters from the text. This is where outside research will be necessary.
