Many people have criticized Milgram’s study on obedience and
Zimbardo’s prison study because of the psychological and emotional harm
it had on the subjects in the study. However, people also believe that
these studies revealed many interesting facts about human behavior that
may have never been discovered if the studies were never conducted. In
your opinion, do you feel that the benefits of these studies outweighed
the costs?
