Hello i want to search about (Advertising, Publicity / PR) for restaurant that i pick up it is in Switzerland and the concept that i did it is French Italian restaurant. It will located in Switzerland Yverdon-les-Bains and it will be instead the Le Colvert restaurant near to the lake, also i choose name on my mind for the restaurant it called La Bella Vista in Italian it’s mean nice view . So i want to search about Advertising for this restaurant what kind of advertising should I use why and so on, Publicity / PR and these two for this restaurant ( it is not real restaurant i just imagine and le Colvert it’s real restaurant so i just take their location) i hope everything is clear.
