* use the exact same format from the template
* radio shack is loosing a lot of money think of strategies that would be efficient and effective
*make up a realistic financial part like in the template
*have a fix it your self tab on the website (through linking manuals from the manufactures and explanation videos of the product that could trouble shoot the problem and let you know what part is broken… then have a direct link to this product for customers to buy.
*know what store has the parts you want through the website so that they don’t come and don’t find the parts they want.
*have an in store delivery( a customer can order the part and get it in the desired store) focus on this point since radio shack is all over the states going to the nearest store wont be a problem
on the sample provided for the proposal see how he talks about the website in bullet formatting and how this will relate to his company… do the same for radio shack… so one page for the website…for one page tracking system… one page for blogging…one page for facebook… one page for youtube…and one page website optimization(do them in the bullet point format do not use his words
also in the sample he states the social media manager activities so do one for my proposal (also in the same format that he provided without using his words)
