Instructions:
Marketers use individual characteristics to divide their customer audience into segments. The most common categories are demographic and psychographic segments. Demographics are relatively easy to define and typically include income, education, ethnicity, geographic location, employment, etc. Psychographic can be a bit more challenging and subject, like social groups, hobbies, shopping preferences, political persuasions, religious beliefs, emotional issues, etc.
