For this Assignment: Assume that you were a successful Director of Marketing at a hospital in Houston. Your expertise was recognized by a brand new hospital in a major city in India and they have been hired as a consultant to their Director of Marketing. They want you to bring knowledge and expertise to educate and train their marketing staff, and also to devise a strategy to market their facility not only to patients in India but also to clients abroad who may seek medical treatment there.

Write a COMPREHENSIVE PLAN and the report should include at least some of the following:

  1. Who, what, when, where, why, and how would you train the appropriate personnel at the new

    hospital

  2. Who, what, when, where, why, and how would you devise a marketing plan for their

    educational programs (identify specific medical and non-medical topics for training);

  3. Who, what, when, where, why, and how would you market the health care services;

  4. SWOT analysis of the hospital;

  5. Strategies for improvement.
