Managerial Recommendations. Present the most important conclusions that you have reached based on the risk identification, risk monitoring and data presented in sections above. Summarizes methodologies and demonstrates with references from the textbooks and diverse articles assigned this semester, and why these will aide in Risk Management. This can be written by one member; however, all members of the group must agree on “Recommended Project Management risk control and monitoring” approaches. The conclusions/recommendations section is not the place to introduce new material/topics that have not been previously discussed.
