1. Who is/was your transformational leader?
2. In the space below, write a short paper (approximately 250 words) to reflect about a leader from your past. Someone that motivated, inspired, and expected great things from you, or changed and altered your life forever in a positive way. This would be an example of transformational leadership. Your reflection should describe how the other person was effective and why that is.
3. The paper should also include a “what’s next” section for how to proceed, now that you know that person is your transformational leader. Should you reach out to this person (write them a note)? Knowing that you had a transformational leader – what does that imply about your OWN leadership future as you work with others?
