Draft a memo to the Technology group to outline your concerns and expectations for the development of the upcoming project, from a business perspective. This includes:
- A brief background of the project.
- A list of the activities for which you are responsible. Outline these by the phase in the SDLC.
- A list of business constraints and / or expectations for the technology, providing reasons. (Review B4 and B9 Plug-ins)
- Recommendations for sourcing the project, providing reasons.
- A list of policies that need to be in place at startup, providing reasons.
- A list of references that you used.
