  2. All parts of the topic are covered.  
  3. Grammar and spelling are accurate. Assignment has been proofread.
  4. Clear, concise and to the point. 
  5. Sources are properly cited.
  6. Quotes are properly cited (no direct copying unless you indicate it is a quote).  

 

 

b.  Recreate the work breakdown structure you completed with your group during the class. Download MS Visio WBS Modeler add-on (Or just Visio if you can not download the add-on) to create a diagram (See Page 129 – 130 Figure 5-11. 5-12, or Figure 5-13). Submit both the Project document and your Visio document. (2 points)

Project and Vision file Grading Criteria ( 2 points) 

  1. All files and graphs are properly titled.
  2. All tasks are clearly labeled.
  3. The WBS file and the diagram match.
Rubric:
 
A – Thorough research and exploration of the topic.  Capture all the touch points with project stakeholders.
 
B – Good use of sources. Summarized most of the touch points.    
 
C – Basic answering of the question and miss more than 1/3 of the touch points mentioned in the Project Charter.
