- What are important verbal and non-verbal characteristics and variables of communication in that country?
- Which of your own communication characteristics (verbal and non-verbal) might you need to modify to assure good communication with someone from that country? Why?
- What are some important considerations when negotiating with people from that country? How does that differ from your country?
- What would be the best orientation for resolving conflicts? Why?
In your explanations of each point, relate what you know about that culture based on the Hofstede dimensions, to the communication, negotiation and conflict management characteristics in that country.
