Here is how to do this and I will send you the case later. I will need you to write a detailed outline within 2 days for me to review and the I will extend the time limit to 5 days for you to complete the whole project. There will be in total of 7 days for you to finish this.
The case presents a common scenario in management
consulting – a client/sponsor who may be unwilling to hear what the consultant has to say. Think of SFT as your
consulting client. You are using the case study to “get up to speed” on the situation as both your preliminary analysis
and intake meeting. Your critical reading of the case study should allow your Pod to thoroughly answer the following
questions in class:
SFT Discussion Part One
• What is going on?
• Why is it going on?
SFT Discussion Part Two
• What should be done?
• How should it be done?
Develop a written 5 pages, 12–point font, double–spaced paper case study report which will
include the pertinent facts of the case. Your will submit a case study report as consultants speaking to me as a
consultant about what you are seeing from your review from both sides of a consulting engagement. Ultimately, I am
looking for you to explaining in significant detail the following components:
1. The background of the organization central to the case and its mission
2. A brief description of the situation
3. A breakdown of the key stakeholders
4. A review of the opportunities or challenges
