I have sent your Paper on Organizational Change to our client. They are very interested in how your ideas to change an existing organization can be applied to their company to effectuate change. The client has some follow up questions that I would like you to address. You will do this assignment on your own. Keep in mind that we really want to convince this client of the importance of organizational change, and how our company is the one they want to be their change agent.

Directions:

  1. Introduce your assignment with a brief discussion explaining organizational change.
  2. Identify one of the problems you discussed in your paper that the organization had, and the change you suggested for the organization to solve the problem.

  4. Discuss how you applied Lewin’s or Kotter’s change theory to get the organization’s staff on board for the change.
  5. “Sell” the client with one final sentence or two on why this client needs YOU to be their change agent.
  6. The paper should have 700 words, not including title and reference page. Include two references that are not your text book. All work should be double spaced. Also use other format tools that have been utilized in other assignments.
  7. Please include at least one reference that is not your text book.
