Project Scheduling

This is a “Project Scheduling” assignment. The details of this assignment are attached below. I have attached three documents:

• Project Specifications. (Very detailed)
• Project Template.
• General Instructions.

Please read the “Project Specifications” carefully since it contains all the Project Requirements and details to complete this assignment.

This project simulates the Analysis and Planning needed to provide IT services for a new building. Please complete this assignment by doing a Project Schedule based on the Project Requirements and details below.

• Using the attached table template, create a project schedule. The project schedule will need the following columns: WBS; Task #; Task Action; Duration; Predecessor; and Resources.
• Do not go beyond the scope identified below. The project only covers tasks identified below.

The rest of the instructions are in the attachments.

Please note the following,

• This assignment “Project Scheduling” is the first phase of a 3 phases project.
• Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be dependent on Phase 1.
• Phase 2 and Phase 3 will be posted on Studypool in the following weeks.
• If you successfully complete phase 1, you will most likely be assigned phase2 and phase3 in the next few weeks. (Phase 2 is Systems Diagrams and Visualization, Phase 3 is Project Plan).
