This year’s theme hopes to collect unique ideas that embody the theme of thriving in the face of adversity. As we reflect on these last two years, there are remarkable examples of resilience and strength that have inspired us to keep moving through difficult times. We have helped each other thrive in every sense. Looking towards a future beyond the pandemic, there are many new challenges that need to be overcome, many barriers that need to be broken, and voices that need to be heard.
