    • Many people predict that the ADA of 2008 and the implementing regulations will cause a floodgate of individuals who are not disabled to demand academic adjustments and other services that they should not be entitled to receive.
  • Answer the following on the basis of your analysis of the ADA amendments:
    • Why do you think this reaction occurred?
    • Are there any pertinent provisions of the act that will correct this thinking?

Submission Details:

  • By Saturday, June 13, 2015, post your responses to this Discussion Area.
  • Through Wednesday, June 17, 2015, respond to at least two of your classmates’ posts. While responding, comment on ideas that are similar to and different from your own.
