During this course, you will complete the three-statement model evaluation with WACC and DCF analysis (It’s done and attached below) of a company either assigned by the professor or chosen by you (I chose Target). Additionally, the website www.asimplemodel.com (Links to an external site.) will be the format and resource you will use. (Links to an external site.)
This assignment will require an EXCEL file and either a PowerPoint slide deck (given to you) or PDF; NO other file types will be accepted. For the final draft, an EXCEL file with the write up in PowerPoint after all financial statements should be prepared. (The power point attached is how it should be like)
This assignment will be split into two sections: 1) approximately half-way through the course, and 2) the final evaluation and write-up.
Grading will be based on:
Cleanliness of the worksheet
Value of the assumptions taken
Accuracy of all projections and calculations
Write-up of the conclusions and analysis
