The project for this class is the “Red Zuma Project”. The ARC Company specializes in developing and selling a wide range ofhigh-quality scooters. Sales representatives report that there is a growing demand for racing scooters. ARC’s president, Robin Lane, is excited about the possibilities and predicts that one day these kinds of razor scooters will be featured in X-Game events. ARC is a small company and uses a strong matrix to optimally utilitze limited manpower.
Instructions
The “Red Zuma Project” is discussed in the Larson and Gray textbook pg 644. Refer to your textbook for all instructions for this assignment. This project will be divided into 2 submissions:
- Project: Planning and Organizing will consist of Parts 1–2.
- Project: Execution and Delivery will consist of Parts 3–4.
You must submit a Microsoft Word file that contains properly labeled sections, (that includes appropriate screen shots from Microsoft Project), answers all the questions, AND contains all your completed Microsoft Project files.
