I need a eight minutes presentation, and it’s the motion for “The Internet is a force for freedom and democracy”
Your introduction should include a clear signpost of your argument – not just which side you are on but also the central idea of the argument you are going to use. The main part of your presentation should make a small number of points that back up your side of the argument, supported with evidence. Your conclusion should briefly summarise your main points.
Use of PowerPoint
Students are required to make use of PowerPoint or similar presentations software. These should be an assistance to your own verbal presentation and not a replacement of it. You should endeavour to make your PowerPoint slides clear and interesting by, for instance, combing text and appropriate illustrative images. You will be able to use the MS Teams software to share your screen on your device so that the rest of the class can see your slides. You should familiarise yourself with how to do this before your presentation!
You are advised to use a minimum of three slides and a maximum of five.
