Alternatively, select an incident in your own work experience (not personal, workplace only if you feel comfortable sharing with the class). Analyze the conflict you have chosen and prepare a post in which you include the following:
- a brief description of the conflict, cause or source of the conflict, the conflict management strategy employed, ways of managing the conflict.
- an evaluation of the effectiveness of the management of the conflict (Was it effective? Ineffective? Why?)
- key takeaways about conflict from the example that you chose (What are some lessons learned about conflict management from the conflict you chose)
