The Final Theory Paper will be the culmination of learning. Students will apply behavioral theory to a leadership scenario. Students will select one of the prominent workplace scenarios discussed in White (2020), Chapter 8, pp. 131 to 134, and analyze it in terms of classical conditioning (association), operant conditioning (contingencies), and adaptation (predisposition, genetics, etc., if relative). Student’s must analyze the scenario from a leadership perspective. Again, some creative license is authorized; use course materials only. The paper must be five (5) pages long, with the title page and reference page included separately from the five (5) page count; one (1) point will be deducted for each page short of the requirement, up to two pages. Papers shorter than three pages will be considered incomplete and receive a ‘0’ as the final grade. Five (5) pages mean five FULL pages of text, from top to bottom. 7 pages including title page and reference page.
