Reflection Instructions:
What is an idea from Rogers’ article “Communication: Its Blocking and Its Facilitation” that will help you write your proposal essay? Quote this section of the article and write at least one paragraph in which you explain how this concept will help you draft the “Why is this solution feasible?” section of your proposal essay. You might want to re-read the prompt located in the “Essay Instructions” module so that you remember what this section of the proposal essay should be about. You may also need to explain your proposal essay topic in some detail so that your peers understand what you are writing about.

Application Instructions:
