I watched the video over and over again and couldn’t believe what I was hearing, it was discussing by the Texas Police Department who I believe was the most depicted in the video. News caster Tucker Carlson came in second in this Deposition, there was Misconduct and Unethical behavior, while Joe Jamail is a powerful trial attorney he takes pride in what he does to be civilized, fair minded and committed his life to the United States Constitution and was challenged and determined trying to keep his cool, he almost lost it.

Better methods and strategies could have been taken, in this video that showed me unequal power by the police department that affected the deposition by not negotiating to reach a mutually satisfactory outcome to prevent such language, professional responsibility and conduct should have been enforced, Depositions must remain flexible, instead of disputes, dislikes and hostility regardless, they should of taken a more reasonable approach.
