I choose option number two, which is to find two or more works that
comes from the same author that consists the same theme, and analyze the theme. For my choice
of author, I choose William Shaspeare. Furthermore, the works I choose are Othello, Romeo and
Juliet, and Hamlet (plays chosen can be subjected to change later). The intended audience for my
paper would be general, reason behind would be that William Shakespeare is one of the most
famous author, the works I’ve chosen are his considerably well-known works. Because the
audiences will be general, hence, my voice as a writer will be an informer. The preliminary thesis
would be that William Shakespeare’s work reflect on his personal cynical experience which
helps him to express his anger.
