You are the personal trainer at a local fitness club. You have a new client with the following demographics:

For this project, you will need to create a 1-month fitness and meal plan to help this client start working toward a healthier life.
There will be 5 parts to this project.
- List your patient demographics.
- Discuss what you would/would not include in a 1-month meal plan for your client based on his/her dietary restrictions (if any), caloric needs, overall objective. (You do not need to list specific daily meals, just overall what would be included/avoided in this individual’s diet.)
- Create a 1-month exercise program to help your client begin working towards achieving their overall goal. This program should take into account their age, medical conditions (if any), and overall fitness goals. Programs should include frequency, duration, intensity, type of exercise, THR (if applicable), any testing that may be done (anthropometric), etc.
- Your project should include a paragraph explaining the rationale for each monthly calendar. Some examples of what to include in this paragraph are: Why you chose the food/exercises you did? Are there any food/exercises you would avoid? Explain your program design (why you chose the number of days to work out, weights versus cardio, etc).
- A final paragraph will include long-term goals and how this person would progress after the 1-month plan you created. Would they stick with this program? Increase/decrease the amount of days exercising, increase/decrease weights?
