Instructions
For this assignment you will access a LearnScapes simulation titled: LearnScape Two: Financial Issues. This simulation is designed to reinforce your understanding of late reimbursement form payers, high Medicare readmission rates, high staff turnover, and low admissions rates.
Once you have completed the LearnScapes scenario, prepare a memorandum to senior management outlining the key issues, and then presenting specific actions the organization should take to address issues with rationale.
The last scene will prompt you to write a recommendation in the form of a memo. Complete this part of the activity outside of LearnScapes in a Microsoft Word document.
