For your final assignment you will be watching a video based upon the work of Steve Blank, entitled “Why the Lean Start-up Changes Everything.” This video offers some alternative insights to traditional start-up methodologies and ideas, as compared to the more traditional topics and concepts that we have covered this semester. This assignment is designed to drive reflection of your prior two paper assignments with a critical focus on what is required for a successful start-up and how non-traditional start-up methods might be appropriate for the meal prepping business that you have been planning.
You will be providing a reflection of the material presented in the video and an overview of modifications and/or approaches to the start-up process for your meal prepping business because of insights gained about Lean Start Up Methods. Please incorporate concepts specifically from the video in your paper.

The final paper should be 4 -5 full pages, double-spaced, Arial, 12-point font with standard 1-inch margins, and free from grammatical and spelling errors, PLUS title page and references pages.
CONTENT OF YOUR PAPER
As a result of watching the video, your paper should provide a solid overview and analysis of the material presented in the video, along with your insights related to the approach you would take for your meal prepping business and what you might change about the plans you created for your feasibility study and your business plan.

- Summary of overarching ideas from the video
- Do you agree or disagree and why?
- What key takeaways did you have from this video?
- Meal prepping business
- What would you change about your business plan and/or correct about your feasibility study (you can focus on both or just one)?
- What “new” recommendations would you make for your start-up?
- Summarize your start-up approach (like what is described in the video example start-up) and action steps for your business
- Use at least 3 outside sources (plus the video itself)
- Provide a solid wrap-up and conclusion for your paper
Remember this is both an analysis of the video and its concepts as well as application of those concepts to your new business. Simply researching lean start-ups is not sufficient.
