First: Summarize the key topics presented in the readings and videos for Habit 1. Be sure to mention the circles of influence and concern, Viktor Frankl, and Ben.
Second: After some personal reflection, discuss how you intend to apply one specific aspect of the Habit 1 material to your personal or professional life. In your personal application, be sure to be specific. Include the some elements of a SMART application. For example, an unsatisfactory application would be something like, “I will be more proactive.” A good application should refer to the “who, what, where, when, and how” of what it is you plan to do.
