Whether you are an HR leader, organizational leader or individual contributor, you have a responsibility to lead your organization in the twenty-first century. The purpose of this activity is to research varying leadership approaches and models and identify those that will help you to have the greatest impact on your organization as a whole.

Address the following in your discussion post:
Compare and contrast identified leadership approaches and models (e.g., transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, servant leadership, values based leadership, steward leadership). Which of these approaches do you think would have the greatest impact on strategic human resources in an organization of your choice (preferably your current place of employment)? What leadership model or approaches do you think would help you be a better organizational leader? What models would benefit your organization the most and why?
