the final paper serves as a means to show your mastery of the Course Objectives listed above (Know, contemplate, etc.). The more of these objectives you address over the course of the paper, the better your score will be.
In the Final Paper, use your Leadership Journal as a source of information and examples to show your understanding of the DEFINITION of LEADERSHIP provided by the professor, and at least FIVE LEADERSHIP THEORIES that you found the most interesting and useful.
For the definition of leadership, define it and provide examples from your group of group dynamics for each element (Influence and DAC). For each of the five theories, define it and identify how at least two aspects of that theory showed up in your group over the semester. Use specific examples of member interactions and behaviors and use actual member names. Do not use made up names.
You’ll also describe what you learned about yourself and leadership in general from the readings, the self-assessments, and from your group over the course of the semester.
You can write the paper with a “Buddy” in your group. Each of you will still be responsible for writing your own self-assessment summary and key take away lessons learned.
